Terms of Use

PlacePulse, including its UI, UX, workflows, data models, taxonomies, scoring logic, evidence-readiness framework, Meridien prompts and outputs, reports, briefings, layouts, designs, code, methodology, and documentation, is owned by PlacePulse and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property and contract law.

Authorized users receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access the platform only for approved preview, evaluation, and internal business purposes.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Access is limited to authorized users only. Credentials are personal, confidential, and non-transferable.

Users must follow these Terms, any written customer agreement, applicable law, and reasonable security practices when using the platform, reports, data exports, or related materials.

Private preview materials are confidential. They may not be forwarded, copied, published, recorded, exported, screenshot for external use, redistributed, or shared with third parties without written permission.

Preview links, credentials, reports, outputs, and related materials may not be shared with employers, affiliates, consultants, competitors, clients, or vendors unless PlacePulse approves the disclosure in writing.

Feedback provided during preview may be used by PlacePulse to improve the product, methodology, and user experience.

Access may be monitored, restricted, or revoked at any time where suspicious, unauthorized, or competitive use is suspected.

Users may not attempt unauthorized access, bypass authentication or access controls, share credentials, probe APIs or routes without permission, perform security testing without authorization, scrape or crawl the platform, or use automated extraction, bulk download, or other abusive request patterns.

Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, benchmark for competitive review, clone, reconstruct datasets, train models on non-public materials, or develop competing products from access to the platform, its methodology, or its outputs.

Users may not upload or submit third-party confidential data unless they have the right to do so and the submission is consistent with applicable law, contract terms, notices, and safeguards.

Users may not misrepresent PlacePulse outputs as verified facts, guaranteed outcomes, legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, or professional certification.

PlacePulse analytics, reports, benchmarks, maps, alerts, summaries, and Meridien outputs are decision-support materials only.

Outputs may include estimates, modeled signals, public-source material, customer-provided material, provider-scoped inputs, synthetic demo data, and AI-generated interpretations. They should be reviewed by qualified humans before reliance.

PlacePulse outputs are not legal, financial, tax, valuation, investment, procurement, or professional advice, and they should not be treated as a substitute for independent diligence or professional judgment.

Users remain responsible for commercial, operational, legal, financial, procurement, investment, site-selection, and strategic decisions made using or informed by the platform.

PlacePulse may combine licensed data, public information, customer-provided data, third-party sources, modeled estimates, and baseline datasets depending on the feature, account, and deployment stage.

Source freshness, geographic coverage, review availability, visit movement context, evidence grade, and confidence may vary by location and should be considered before external presentation or operational reliance.

Demo data may be illustrative, synthetic, public-source derived, imported, or provider-scoped. It is not a promise of live coverage or a representation that any signal is current everywhere.

PlacePulse may suspend or terminate access for suspicious, unauthorized, competitive, harmful, abusive, or materially non-compliant use, including attempts to copy, scrape, benchmark, or redistribute non-public materials.

PlacePulse reserves all rights and remedies available at law or in equity.

PlacePulse relies on third-party infrastructure and providers for functions such as hosting, database services, mapping, AI, voice, observability, source data, authentication, and deployment.

Availability, performance, coverage, pricing, or behavior may be affected by upstream providers, provider terms, account configuration, API limits, and regional service availability.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, retention choices, and suitability of data, source materials, prompts, and instructions they provide to PlacePulse.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring their use of platform outputs, exports, uploaded data, and source materials complies with applicable laws, contracts, notices, and internal governance requirements.

During active development or product evolution stages, PlacePulse may modify features, routes, data models, visualizations, APIs, evidence structures, or assistant behavior to improve reliability, usability, security, or customer fit.

Where practical, material changes for enterprise customers may be communicated through customer channels, release notes, or account discussions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlacePulse is provided on an as-available and as-is basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

PlacePulse and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the platform.
