Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of PlacePulse as an enterprise place intelligence and decision-support platform, including AI-assisted, active-development, and data-dependent features.
Use of PlacePulse
PlacePulse is provided as a place intelligence platform for analytics, reporting, market exploration, API workflows, and assistant-supported business analysis.
Users must access and use the platform in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, customer agreements, third-party terms, and reasonable security practices.
Evolving Features and Coverage
Some PlacePulse features, data connectors, APIs, voice capabilities, AI workflows, datasets, and interface elements may be provided as active-development, limited-coverage, or evolving functionality.
Features, availability, limits, outputs, source coverage, and user interfaces may change as the product matures, new customer requirements are incorporated, or third-party services evolve.
Decision-Support Outputs
PlacePulse analytics, reports, benchmarks, maps, alerts, summaries, and Meridien outputs are provided for decision-support and business intelligence purposes.
Outputs may include estimates, modeled signals, third-party data, public-source data, customer-provided material, and AI-generated interpretations. They should be reviewed by qualified humans before reliance.
Users are responsible for commercial, operational, legal, financial, procurement, investment, site-selection, and strategic decisions made using or informed by the platform.
Investment Intelligence and Location Briefs
PlacePulse offers Investment Briefs and related location intelligence outputs designed to support pre-investment evaluation of physical locations. These outputs draw on public signals, review intelligence, estimated visit movement context, evidence-readiness assessments, and available benchmark comparisons.
Investment Briefs are not financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, property valuation advice, or investment recommendations. They do not constitute due diligence, underwriting, or any form of regulated financial service.
Users receiving Investment Brief outputs remain solely responsible for all investment, acquisition, leasing, JV, franchise, or commercial decisions. Evidence layers, readiness labels, and methodology notes should be reviewed before any reliance on outputs.
PlacePulse recommends that users seek qualified financial, legal, real estate, and professional advice before committing capital or entering binding commercial arrangements.
AI-Generated Outputs and Human Review
Meridien and related AI-assisted features may summarize evidence, generate recommendations, interpret changes, or prepare briefings based on available context.
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or affected by limitations in source data, prompts, models, or integrations. Users should verify important outputs against source evidence and professional judgment.
Data Source Limitations
PlacePulse may combine licensed data, public information, customer-provided data, third-party sources, modeled estimates, and baseline datasets depending on the feature, account, and deployment stage.
Source freshness, geographic coverage, review availability, mobility availability, evidence grade, and confidence may vary by location and should be considered before external presentation or operational reliance.
Acceptable Use
Users may not misuse PlacePulse, interfere with normal operations, attempt unauthorized access, bypass controls, extract credentials, disrupt integrations, or use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
Users may not use the platform for scraping abuse, credential harvesting, reverse engineering beyond permitted law, excessive automated requests, resale without authorization, or activities that violate third-party source terms.
Users must not upload unnecessary sensitive personal data unless covered by appropriate legal basis, contract terms, customer instructions, and safeguards.
Third-Party Dependencies
PlacePulse relies on third-party infrastructure and providers for functions such as hosting, database services, mapping, AI, voice, observability, source data, authentication, and deployment.
Availability, performance, coverage, pricing, or behavior may be affected by upstream providers, provider terms, account configuration, API limits, and regional service availability.
Customer Data and Source Materials
Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, retention choices, and suitability of data, source materials, prompts, and instructions they provide to PlacePulse.
Customers are also responsible for ensuring their use of platform outputs, exports, uploaded data, and source materials complies with applicable laws, contracts, notices, and internal governance requirements.
Service Changes
During active development or product evolution stages, PlacePulse may modify features, routes, data models, visualizations, APIs, evidence structures, or assistant behavior to improve reliability, usability, security, or customer fit.
Where practical, material changes for enterprise customers may be communicated through customer channels, release notes, or account discussions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlacePulse is provided on an as-available and as-is basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
PlacePulse and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the platform.
